Evidence before form
Population, catchment and demand analysis come first, so that precincts and services are shaped by the community they serve.
Urban Healthcare is a global healthcare consulting firm based in Australia, working across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Our experience includes UAE Presidential healthcare initiatives, Apollo Healthcare in India and healthcare organisations in Singapore, alongside work in Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, China, Japan, Thailand and South Korea. We turn demographic evidence and clinical experience into precincts, health systems and services that fit local communities.

Population, catchment and demand analysis come first, so that precincts and services are shaped by the community they serve.
Facilities, technology and workforce follow the service model, not the other way round.
We work alongside client teams so knowledge and ownership remain with the organisation.
